Shame on me for not saying something sooner!! :eek::eek:
There were some serious female dance groups that could take out many a male dancer.
Two that come to mind are:
LADY MIDNIGHT PERSUASION
LADY CASUALTISTICS
Tells something about the impact the male version of these groups made that these gals put "LADY" before the other names. They certainly were worthy of any name and their skills were fierce. When I think about it, the gals had to work twice as hard to get recognition in these styles...pretty unfair but then, people are just like that.
I remember at a house party where a cutup took place with two of the Lady MP's against some dudes. They ripped it with some great routine pieces and humiliated the guys to the point where they got pissed and started sheeit. They (guys) got thrown out, of course.
