After reading Ceech's story about the waving I figure I'd share one of my first experiences I can remember about seeing the robot and loving it! haha.

It was during my elementary school years probably 3rd or 4th grade. There was a movie with Damon Wayans called Major Payne. It was scene where he was in the club with this girl and well... here..

After seeing that I can remember trying to robot but that only lasted for a short while. I didn't really get into anything until senior year of high school... If only.....
I don't know why, but I've seen waves and stuff like that before I think, but that really got to me. I guess in my heart I knew all along that it was something I wanted to do.. Even if it's not the best version of it. O well.

I remember seeing this movie as a shorty and I remember this specific scene from that day too. haha. money.

just watched the clip of major payne doing the robot. hahahahaa.. that was dope. totally forgot bout that movie. i think damon wayne was also in another movie "earth girls are easy" or something like that. and he played an alien that came to earth and got to the dance floor and got down. not sure if there's any robot in there also. gonna have to try to see if anyone got it on youtube.

I think 4:5 of Eddie Griffin's movies he represents luvly..He is real good in poppin and boogalooin' and then he locks....shiiiiiiii He boogaloos in that movie where he teaches this kid in high school to be cool be giving this crazy, maniacal look and the movie where he play an FBI agent.
KINGS IF COMEDY-Cedric the Entertainer...he pops dope-like..
