8/23 6pm Music Video Shoot in San Jose (Baron Zen from Stones Throw)

This Saturday 8/23 around 6pm my friend Steve who is a part of Baron Zen from Stones Throw is doing a Live Music Video Shoot at the MACLA in San Jose. It is a hip-hop concert and Baron Zen's segment will be shot live. He is looking for dancers to rep the circles. It will be done in 2 takes. 1 of Baron Zen's performance on stage, and 2nd will be just of the crowd and freestyle circle.

It's not a paid gig, but you get in the event for free and you can brag and say you've been on a Stones Throw video =)

here's an update on this, got it from my friend in Baron Zen:




As for the video shoot: it will take place during our show at MACLA on 8-23-08. We will do one run-through of the vocal version of the song with the cameras focused on the performers on stage. We will then do another take with the cameras focused on the crowd: breakdancers and crowd shots. It needed, we will do a third take of whatever's necessary.

Times are not definite. It'll be sometime between 6-8 p.m. The show runs from 2-10 p.m. I don't know if there's a cover, or if it's free. If there is a cover, give me the names of who's coming down and I'll make sure they get in for the shoot.

We'll talk again as the date nears.
